Due to increased business opportunities, we are looking for talented individuals to join our star team of grant consultants whose role is to help clients get government grants. Grant Solutions is only looking for super-achievers as the grant industry is highly competitive. Only the best submissions are funded (the rest are rejected). It’s a type of industry where “trying” is just not good enough… only getting results counts.
Our clients vary from growing ‘startups’ to mature companies with $100M+ turnover. They come to Grant Solutions because they know that we’re the best in the industry… thus we must fulfill their expectations. In most cases, our ability to get a government grant determines if the proposed project (generally $1M+) goes ahead (or is scrapped).
At Grant Solutions we fully understand the value we deliver and the responsibility we have for our clients. We don’t just win government grants, we touch people’s lives by making projects happen, providing jobs for Australians and financial security for their families. None of this is possible if the grant application is rejected.
In all cases the ‘buck stops here’ with Grant Solutions… and we do anything humanly possible (legitimate, of course) to ensure that our clients get results (grants for their projects). There is only one way to achieve this objective… and that is to:

Grant Solutions only works with serious clients who understand that we don’t just complete application forms…we 'get the money'. Grant Solutions is not a ‘cheap’ commodity operation (requiring maximum efficiency where clients need to be turned over quickly). We spend the time to understand the needs of our clients and we do the absolute best to help them.
Due to our proprietary approach to grant applications and success to date, we’ve developed significant goodwill and an impeccable reputation within the industry. So when clients come to us, their expectations are extremely high… and we must exceed them.
Because of the nature of the work we require star consultants with the following qualities:
- MBA from MBS or AGSM with a high distinction average
- 15+ years of work experience including:
- 5+ years work experience in Australia
- 2+ years experience within the public sector (directly or as a consultant/contractor)
- 2+ years of consulting experience in a top strategy, IT or accounting firm
- Good understanding of public policy and government procedures
- Ability to write succinctly, accurately and persuasively
- Immaculate attention to detail… essentially perfectionists
- Mastery of the English language (especially grammar and spelling)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Self-drive, motivation and the ability to deal with uncertainty
In return, Grant Solutions offers flexible work arrangements (including the ability to work from your home office), interesting projects and excellent compensation which is ‘results oriented’. Grant Solutions is headquartered in Melbourne but operates nationally, with clients located across Australia. Travel is optional, and only when absolutely required, as most of the projects could be done remotely through video conferencing.
Once on-board, you’ll need to sign strict confidentially and non-disclosure agreements. You will also need to agree to a police check… and provide 3 references. Trust and credibility is vital at Grant Solutions and we’ll go to great lengths to protect the information entrusted to us by our clients. There is also a lengthy test to verify your writing ability… because that is what will be expected of you.
